Yes, the hire prices we quote to you include delivery, arch set up, and arch removal within 25 miles of DE22 where we are based. After that a small additional fee will be charged to cover extra travel time and fuel costs.

The full-day hire price for an arches quoted will be for delivery, set up and collection. If you would like us to move the arch elsewhere after the ceremony; this might be behind the Top Table, to frame the cake table or a seating plan, or just into a particular area to be used as a photo backdrop for the evening, with seating in front of it, we can do so for a small additional cost depending on venue location.

If you are having your ceremony and reception at two different venues and would like to have your arch moved between them, please let us know and we’ll factor this into the quote. It will incur an additional fee but will still be much less than two separate bookings – just let us know the info and we’ll work you out the best quote we can to give both venues the Beautiful Arches treatment.

If you’re looking to hire the arch for the ceremony only, the arch will be removed straight after the ceremony. If booked for the full day we will generally move it the next day, unless you have booked a move with us after the ceremony.

Depending on agreement with the venue, we can arrange for someone from the venue to move the arch if required.

We cover the East Midlands, with free delivery within 25 miles of DE22. However we do sometimes go further afield, and if you’re not sure whether we would cover your area or venue – just ask!

Our sister company Rent For Your Event can provide a range of large props & decor items for your big day!

We also have a range of props that can be hired alongside our Arches (but not separately), such as artificial floral arrangements, signs, lanterns, and other such items. For more info please ask!

Fill out our hire request form so that we have as much information as possible about your wedding, and most importantly can check that we’re free for your date! If you’d prefer to email, Facebook message or even just pick up the phone, that’s fine too!

If we’re available for your date we’ll ask for a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total booking cost upfront as a deposit to hold the date. We’ll send you an invoice with all the details on, including our payment information. Once we’ve receive your payment the booking is then confirmed and we can pin down all the finer details such as set-up/collection times, and any specific requirements you might have.
