Yes, the hire prices in our price list do include delivery, arch set up, and arch removal within 30 miles of LE67 where we are based. After that a small additional fee will be charged to cover extra travel time and fuel costs.

Of course!

The full-day hire price for an arches includes us moving it elsewhere after the ceremony; this might be behind the Top Table, to frame the cake table or a seating plan, or just into a particular area to be used as a photo backdrop for the evening, with seating in front of it – wherever you’d like!

If you are having your ceremony and reception at two different venues and would like to have your arch moved between them, that’s fine too. It will incur an additional fee but will still be much less than two separate bookings – just let us know the info and we’ll work you out the best quote we can to give both venues the Beautiful Arches treatment.

If booked for the ceremony only, the arch will be removed straight after the ceremony. If booked for the full day we will generally move it after the ceremony to wherever you would like it leaving for the remainder of the day/evening.

The arch will then be collected whenever it’s no longer required – whether that’s after the speeches when the breakfast room is turned around for the evening reception, right at the end of the party, or even first thing the following morning- depending on our availability to pick up, and the venue’s own policies.

You certainly can, and we will do this for no cost or as low cost as possible whenever we can, but sometimes additional charges may apply.

The arches can generally be made to fit particular colour themes with the addition of extra artificial flowers, tiebacks and ribbons, or coloured drapes. We can add fairy lights or festoon lighting, and can commission laser-cut wooden letters to hang from the arch, spelling out anything you’d like.

We can hang lanterns, geometric shapes, vintage photo frames, cool acrylic signs or bright pom pom garlands – it’s your special day so let us know your vision for it!

We generally cover the East and West Midlands, with free delivery within 30 miles of LE67. However we do sometimes go further afield, and if you’re not sure whether we would cover your area or venue – just ask!

We have decor packages based around our particular arch styles which include table decor and other extras, and we also work alongside a chair cover company and numerous florists which means we can put together a cohesive package of all the decor you need for your big day.

Fill out our enquiry form so that we have as much information as possible about your wedding, and most importantly can check that we’re free for your date! If you’d prefer to email, Facebook message or even just pick up the phone, that’s fine too!

If we’re available for your date we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost upfront as a deposit to hold the date. We’ll give you the BACs information to make this payment to our dedicated deposit account and will then send you a booking confirmation, usually via email. The booking is then confirmed and we can pin down all the finer details such as set-up/collection times, and any specific requirements you might have for the styling of your arch.
